Verify Invoices is a simple service that gives its user an overview of whether the invoices issued by their business partner are actually recorded.
In a business relationship, a supplier may issue an invoice to a customer, but no confirmation is received that the customer has actually received and processed the invoice.
With Verify Invoices, both parties are assured that invoices are recorded and that all the details on the invoice are the same on both sides.

Change of values

For each invoice, all values can be modified. If the customer encounters a discrepancy, he can adjust it directly. For example, enter the amounts and due dates that he has recorded in his accounting system. The original values will be retained for back checking.

Confirmation of changes

Any changes made are sent to the supplier and the customer by email. This way there is no need to write to the other party in case of discrepancies. The Verify Invoices service takes care of just that. This makes it very easy to edit and resend the invoice.

The Verify Invoices service was created based on feedback from people in the business environment.

Delays caused by different invoice records between customer and supplier often resulted in delays in payment. This in turn led to cash flow problems.
